  • Art Canvas Prints Giclee  By : Kaloyan-Veselinov Banev
Giclée, is an invented name for the process of making fine art prints from a digital source using ink-jet printing. The word "giclée", from the French language word "le gicleur" meaning "nozzle", or more specifically "gicler" meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray". It was coined by Jack Duganne, a printmaker working in the field, to represent any inkjet-based digital print used as fine art.
  • Digital Canvas Print And Modern Canvas Art  By : Kaloyan-Veselinov Banev
Reproductions of original artwork have been printed on canvas for many decades using offset printing. Since the 1990s canvas print has been associated with either dye sublimation or inkjet printers (sometimes sold under the trade names Repligraph and Giclée respectively). With these printers artists and photographers can print their works directly on canvas stock as limited run reproductions.

  • Hollywood's Most Perfect Actress Had Beauty, Fashion, Grace and Humility  By :
Was there ever an actress who combined these four timeless qualities—beauty, fashion, grace and humility—better than Audrey Hepburn? I think not, especially when I see her again in Breakfast at Tiffany's. We shall not see another like her in our lifetime and by then the film industry may be on the way out when some newer, better technology unknown to us today arrives. Audrey Hepburn was a model of grace and humility.
  • Portrait Painting  By : Stefan Heuer
What is portrait painting? This can be explained as follows: This kind of painting typically depicts a person's face, from there, the word "portrait" originates. Furthermore, there are many portraits, old and new ones, on which you can see the portraitee's whole body. A portrait is painted with the intention to show all characteristics and features. The painter tries to emphasize these details in a portrait.
  • Five More Movies You Think Would Be Better Than They Are  By :
Here are five more movies you think would be really better than they are, unfortunately for the films, the scripts, the direction, and the actors, they are not. All five get my terrible rating; they include Imagine Me & You, Down With Love (with Renee Zellweger), In Good Company, It Runs in the Family (with Michael Dougles and Kirk Douglas) and Laws of Attraction (with Pierce Brosnan and Julianne Moore).
  • Five Movies You Think Would Be Really Better Than They Are  By :
Here are five movies you think would be really better than they are, unfortunately for the films, the scripts, the direction, and the actors, they are not. All five get my terrible rating; they include About Schmidt (with Jack Nicholson and Kathy Bates as Oscar nominees), The Anchorman (with Will Ferrell and Christina Applegate), Before Sunset, Cocktail (with Tom Cruise) and Corky Romano (with Chris Kattan of Saturday Night Live fame).
  • Two Excellent Movies You Could See Over and Over and Not Miss a Beat  By :
The 1964 musical My Fair Lady is one of the best movies ever made, earning 12 Oscar nominations and winning 8 Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director (George Cukor) and Best Actor (Rex Harrison) among major awards. See My Fair Lady with your children at home, and enjoy a Broadway musical. The Phantom of the Opera has it all: a story line, plot, great writing, great presentation, and even better music and lyrics. Phantom is a must see.
  • Why "Ghost" Appeals to Our Fervent and Subtle Imagination  By :
Ghost is everything that is right about a really scary movie. There are clearly good guys and bad guys, there is uncertainty about whether all of the good guys will be standing at the end of the movie, there is romance, there is sacrifice, there is redemption, there is the surreal to deal with, there is trying to stay grounded in reality, there is good and evil, and there is the eternal question of whether good will triumph in the end.
  • Surprise Ending Turns Spanglish Into a Triumph for James Brooks  By :
Spanglish is a relationship movie with a surprise ending in that the two principal characters in the movie actually do the right thing. Essentially, a housekeeper for a family becomes emotionally involved with the husband. They manage to almost lose it but do not act on their impulses, separating at the end with the husband going back to his dysfunctional wife and two children, and the housekeeper moving on to another chapter in her life.
  • Hollywood Producers Want Fresh Ideas  By :
Hollywood is built on the power of Idea, and thanks to the Internet the "Closed Door" of tinseltown has been kicked wide open for idea-people wanting to pitch the next hit TV show.
