Every little girl dreams of getting married one day and we all hope to look like a princess on our special day. It is perhaps the only time in out lives that we will dress up in something expensive and fancy and be the queen of the day with all eyes on us. The brides clothing is key to the entire day and will enable her to be recognized in the crowd and stand out as the princess that day.

Wedding planning comes with all sorts of items and venues and catering supplies, but it also comes with the fun of shopping and trying on fabulous fairy princess, Oscar style gowns. A bride’s wedding dress is her pride and joy and everything must be perfect as she walks down the aisle. No matter what kind of dress a bride chooses and no matter what color, every single one wants her groom and all of the guests to gasp in awe and say how amazing she looks.

When you start looking for your wedding dress, you might already have a few ideas in mind (perhaps some magazine cutouts from when you were 13!) and all will point you towards that one special dress. Some brides can afford to have their wedding dresses custom made which is wonderful, but if you cannot do that and just want to shop around for a fairly cheap, but princess style one, then the best way is to look online. Here you will find a massive array of designers and wedding dress suppliers that are location all over the world. You can now have any dress you like shipped to you and this will enable you to get any style you want and perhaps find that dream dress. You should also go around to designers and stores where you live, because the perfect dress for you might just be sitting there waiting to be found.

It is all about giving yourself enough time to look everywhere and also taking pictures of the dress you want to as many places as you can to see if a dress can be sourced for you. Once you have your dress, you will also need some fabulous shoes to go with it. Now, contrary to popular belief, your shoes don’t have to match your dress exactly. You can get gold or sliver strappy heels and these will be cheaper and found in jut about any shoe shop. You can get proper wedding shoes, but they can be costly and might not be the right style you were hoping for. You can also get white shoes, and have them embellished yourself with diamante bead or sequins. If you really want to cause a stir and be funky, get some dark red shoes or shoes that might match an embellishment on the dress.

Another part of clothing for the bride is the garter. You can get tons of garters online which also come with throw away garters as well, but a garter is also very easy to make or have someone who knows a little about sewing make for you. All you have to do is measure your leg and get an elastic band the right size. Find your favorite color lace or chiffon and sew it onto the elastic. You can also get a satin ribbon to finish it off along the middle or outer edge.
